Battle of the Chefs
Battle of the Chefs (BOTC) is Penang’s premier international culinary competition organized by the Penang Chefs Association since 1988. Recognized by Worldchefs as a Continental Culinary Competition, BOTC brings together professional chefs, culinary students, and hospitality experts from around the world to showcase creativity, technical excellence, and passion for gastronomy.
